So now, let’s talk about the document required to get replacement. To get replacement, you need to have a Photo copy of Citizen Identity card registered with your old Sim and Nu. 50 as service charge.
And. Is your Sim registered in your own name and Identity card? It is always advisable to register our sim in our name and Identity card for our security. If your Sim is already registered with someone like father, mother, brother and friends, you can change your registration details. To avail the service from nearest telecom office, you need to have photo copy of your Citizen Identity Card and photo copy of Citizen Identity card which is registered with your old Sim card and Nu.50 for service charge.
